Explanation of the case
This patient, with periodontitis and Class II malocclusion (upper arch advanced in relation to the lower arch) of the surgical type, had a misaligned smile and missing molars. Through invisible orthodontics, we adjust your bite, correcting malocclusion without surgery and aligning your teeth. Subsequently, we place implants and crowns to replace the missing teeth.
