Dental crowding
Explanation of the case
The patient had significant crowding and his lateral incisors were tilted forward. By means of invisible orthodontics, focusing on dentoalveolar expansion of the upper jaw and interproximal reduction, we are able to correct the situation without resorting to extractions. The result was an aligned and visibly wider smile.
